What We Do
Itineraries
To help you create your tour with us, we highlight below some examples of tours, and what is possible in a certain time frame.
We can start your tour from anywhere in New Zealand. Remember - the examples below are only suggestions. There are no limitations to how long your tour lasts, you can do what you want to do and see what you want to see at your own pace. It is your KayeTiki Tour after all.
3 Night Getaway
Starting in New Plymouth, we make our way to the Manawatu, staying in Palmerston North the night. The next day will see you taking the train through the central plateau, before arriving in Hamilton for the evening. Enjoy exploring Hamilton before visiting Hobbiton and another night in Hamilton. Your final day takes you down the west coast, visiting Waitomo on your way before arriving back to New Plymouth.
6 Day Central Adventure
Beginning in Auckland, we make our way to beautiful Raglan beach for lunch, before arriving in Hamilton to your accommodation. We then make our way to Rotorua, visiting Hobbiton along the way. Enjoy a few adventure activities in Rotorua, or indulge in a therapeutic mud pool. We then make our way to Taupo, where more adventure awaits. Your final day see's you heading to Waiuku and riding horses along the beach, before your tour ends back in Auckland.
12 Day Explorer
Starting in Auckland, we make our way to Tauranga, driving via the stunning Coromandel Peninsula. The next day we make our way to Rotorua, visiting Hobbiton along the way. After enjoying all that Rotorua has to offer, we head to Waitomo, and explore the spectacular caves there. The next day we head down the coast to New Plymouth and enjoy a short walk on Mt Taranaki. We then head to Napier, where you can enjoy a cycle to a winery, or immerse yourself in the gorgeous Art Deco architecture. Heading inland again, we arrive in Taupo for more adventure, before heading back to Auckland. From here we fly to Chirstchurch, before embarking on our South Island leg. We head to Dunedin, stopping at the magnificent Moeraki Boulders along the way. Explore Dunedin's Scottish charm before we head to Queenstown and witness some more of New Zealands breathtaking scenery. Heading north, we visit Twizel and see the gorgeous Lake Tekapo, before heading back to Christchurch, ending our marvelous tour.
